Vytvo\u0159\u00ed 4 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta, kter\u00e1 obsad\u00ed osobami s t\u011blesn\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm na pozic\u00edch jazykov\u00fdch korektor\u016f. Podnik tak z\u00edsk\u00e1 nov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a sou\u010dasn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed nab\u00eddku z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed slu\u017eby p\u0159episu audioz\u00e1znam\u016f mluven\u00e9ho slova do textov\u00e9 podoby. P\u0159idanou hodnotou t\u00e9to realizace je vytvo\u0159en\u00ed modelu profesn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce nov\u00fdch jazykov\u00fdch korektor\u016f s t\u011blesn\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi nevidom\u00fdmi p\u0159episovateli podniku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1m\u011br projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt reaguje na n\u00edzkou zam\u011bstnanost CS. A\u010dkoliv jen na \u00fazem\u00ed Prahy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me v n\u00e1mi definovan\u00e9 CS n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc osob (viz popis CS), nab\u00eddka pr\u00e1ce pro tuto skupinu se pohybuje v n\u00edzk\u00fdch des\u00edtk\u00e1ch (viz nap\u0159. praceproozp.cz). P\u0159edpokladem vstupu na trh pr\u00e1ce a udr\u017een\u00ed si zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je u osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm (OZP) zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed max. mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00edry samostatnosti a nez\u00e1vislosti. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu form\u00e1ln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 t\u011bmto osob\u00e1m poskytov\u00e1na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed podpora ze strany pracovn\u00edk\u016f vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch instituc\u00ed, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e mohou z\u00edskat zvolenou kvalifikaci. N\u00e1sledn\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee stejn\u011b jako jejich vrstevn\u00edci bez handicapu najdou zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v sv\u00e9m oboru. P\u0159ipravenost otev\u0159en\u00e9ho trhu pr\u00e1ce zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat OZP je obecn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e1, tito lid\u00e9 nav\u00edc pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed p\u0159ed hled\u00e1n\u00edm vhodn\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed uspokojiv\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it \u0159adu zcela specifick\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek s dopadem do ka\u017edodennosti \u2013 z\u00edskat relevantn\u00ed informace v oblasti soc. zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, naj\u00edt vhodn\u00e9 bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed, zajistit si nezbytn\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010di neform\u00e1ln\u00ed asist. slu\u017eby. Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f b\u00fdv\u00e1 vstup na trh pr\u00e1ce u v\u011bt\u0161iny OZP odlo\u017een do doby, ne\u017e se jim poda\u0159\u00ed svoji soc. situaci funk\u010dn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it. Je-li v\u0161ak tato doba p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouh\u00e1, mohou ztr\u00e1cet odborn\u00e9 kompetence nabyt\u00e9 dosa\u017een\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm a tak\u00e9 motivaci z\u00edskan\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed rozv\u00edjet. Tento trend rovn\u011b\u017e potvrzuj\u00ed zku\u0161enosti podniku, nebo\u0165 mnoz\u00ed uchaze\u010di se zdravotn\u00edm handicapem, kte\u0159\u00ed absolvuj\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, vykazuj\u00ed velmi n\u00edzkou \u00farove\u0148 d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch profesn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, jako je psan\u00ed na kl\u00e1vesnici \u201ev\u0161emi deseti\u201c, p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 znalost gramatiky \u010de\u0161tiny nebo dovednost efektivn\u011b pracovat s kolaborativn\u00edmi a komunika\u010dn\u00edmi online n\u00e1stroji. V n\u00e1vaznosti na stru\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1stin kontextu bari\u00e9r ve vztahu k p\u0159\u00edstupnosti trhu pr\u00e1ce pro uvedenou CS t\u00e9to realizace je p\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00fd projektov\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br pro vybran\u00e9 uchaze\u010de na nov\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00e1 prac. m\u00edsta mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, jak z\u00edskat kvalifikovan\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, v jeho\u017e r\u00e1mci jim bude sou\u010dasn\u011b poskytov\u00e1na odborn\u00e1 podpora p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed osobn\u00ed soc. situace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny probl\u00e9mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neziskov\u00e9 organizace poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed slu\u017eby podpory pracovn\u00edho uplatn\u011bn\u00ed osob\u00e1m s t\u011blesn\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed tzv. tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta a maj\u00ed zaveden\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed postupy navazov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozv\u00edjen\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi \u010di st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi zam\u011bstnavateli sv\u00fdch klient\u016f. Co v\u0161ak chyb\u00ed a nen\u00ed v kapacitn\u00edch mo\u017enostech t\u011bchto slu\u017eeb, je syst\u00e9m podpory student\u016f a u\u010d\u0148\u016f ve vztahu k trhu pr\u00e1ce, tzn. spolupr\u00e1ce \u0161kol s firmami v r\u00e1mci povinn\u00fdch prax\u00ed a brig\u00e1dn\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy by si zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 mohli vytipovat budouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky, poznat v praxi speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby spojen\u00e9 s typem a rozsahem t\u011blesn\u00e9ho posti\u017een\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka, odborn\u011b si potenci\u00e1ln\u011b vhodn\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance \u201evychovat\u201c a n\u00e1sledn\u011b mu nab\u00eddnout pr\u00e1ci. Situaci t\u011bchto osob na trhu pr\u00e1ce podstatn\u011b komplikuje mno\u017estv\u00ed architektonick\u00fdch bari\u00e9r, a to jak v interi\u00e9rech pracovi\u0161\u0165, tak tak\u00e9 p\u0159i pohybu ve venkovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. Bari\u00e9ry v p\u0159\u00edstupu na pracovn\u00ed trh v\u0161ak nejsou jen na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, resp. jejich informa\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159ipravenosti a otev\u0159enosti nebo v r\u00e1mci fyzick\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed rodi\u010de sv\u00e9 ji\u017e dosp\u011bl\u00e9 d\u011bti nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed st\u0159etem s d\u016fsledky fyzick\u00e9ho handicapu a zahrnuj\u00ed je nadm\u011brnou p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e jim re\u00e1ln\u011b br\u00e1n\u00ed v mo\u017enosti se osamostatnit. \u0158ad\u011b mlad\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch s t\u00edmto handicapem naopak podpora rodiny chyb\u00ed a musej\u00ed hledat zdroje psychick\u00e9 stability a praktick\u00e9 pomoci ve vlastn\u00edch schopnostech, seberozvojov\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch a podp\u016frn\u00fdch asisten\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch. Podstatn\u00e1 je zde rovn\u011b\u017e skute\u010dnost, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina osob s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm pohybov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm nem\u00e1 dostate\u010dn\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed asisten\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb v pot\u0159ebn\u00e9m rozsahu.
